My daughter attended preschool at Angela’s previous Learning Center from 2008-2011. Our Approach
The Garden Academy offers Nature Based education in various areas and levels. We feel it is important to give children opportunities to come up with ideas, showcase their creativity and make choices, especially when there isn't a "right" or "wrong" answer! Also recognizing that positive emotional self reward is just as gratifying, sometimes more, than a tangible reward!
We integrate a mix of "Montessori", "Bank Street" and "High Scope" activities. You can read more about those HERE
We provide a caring learning environment that promotes grounding ones-self to nature, developing a strong sense of self worth, recognizing and developing healthy boundaries as well as preparing for Kindergarten!
